The Role
We are looking for a dedicated team member to join PB Gym, responsible for welcoming and assisting customers as they enter and exit the gym,

ensuring a positive experience for both current and prospective members while upholding all health and safety standards.

You will play an active role in the day-to-day operations of the gym.

A key focus of the role is promoting new memberships and directing members to the appropriate contact for inquiries about our services and products.

As the first point of contact for many customers, your interactions will be vital to their experience and the overall sales process.

We’re seeking someone who values our brand and is committed to going above and beyond to enhance the experience for our members.

Many of our new members come through referrals because they love what we offer, so we need someone we can trust to maintain that positive image.

Social Media Content to help maintain online presence & creating promotional content for Instagram

Increasing membership retention through Customer engagement

Maintaining facility cleanliness & presentation to the highest standard
